Creepy and Awesome aren't mutually exclusive categories, but they are the adjectives that come to mind with these two stories
I just read, We Were Liars, and I found it completely appalling. The end of it just freaked me out. The writing was beautiful, but the story was somehow awful. It affected me for days.
On a lighter note, I also recently finished Volumes 1 & 2 of Castle Waiting, and I really loved it! The line art is fabulous, and the story had me snickering regularly. I've heard there might be more, and I really hope it's true!
